九州出張2日目。午後からの打合せまでには時間があるので小倉から散歩がてら「旦過市場」界隈の寿司店「旦過屋台寿し満天」へ。
12時開店に合わせて訪問。バス通りに面して明るく丸見えな店内だが、それがかえって入りやすい。店主も女将さんもを明るく丁寧な接客で好感が持てる。
さて、肝心なお寿司だが、事前に予習した特上満天（3,800円）を頼む気満々だったのだが、メニューの写真を見ると14貫もあり躊躇
ほどなくして寿司下駄に乗ってやってきた「ぜいたく満天握り（2,600円）」握り10貫と玉子焼きだが、それでもなかなかのボリュームだ。
こうして寿司下駄に握りが一堂に会したスタイルで食べるのは久しぶり。賑やかださながら立体の「魚介図鑑」。たまには町の寿司屋ランチもいいものだ。
