Now that the state of emergency has been lifted, I decided to go on my long-postponed trip to Kokura. I had breakfast at this restaurant, whose Pancakes looked good! When I arrived, I realized that the restaurant was inside a business hotel. You order at the counter first. All breakfast menu items are 1,000 yen (tax included). I was told that I would get a 300 yen discount if I registered as a friend on LINE, so I quickly registered. So it was 700 yen. That's cheap! I ordered French cuisine Pancakes with bacon and cheddar eggs. I was given an alarm and was told to wait in a seat of my own choosing. The seat was much smaller than I expected, which was a bit disappointing for me, as I was imagining a relaxed cafe breakfast. The system was that you get your own drinks, so I had a hot coffee and waited for a while. Soon the alarm went off and I went to get my food. It was beautifully presented, and the yolk of the fried egg was bouncy and looked delicious! Pancakes also seemed to have a nice browning.
