会社の飲み会で利用。
コースで贅のコース。毎月、コースの内容は変わるみたい。
飲み放題は200種類。ワインのカクテルなんかも多種。スパークリングワインのカクテルがあったのは衝撃。
コースの中で印象的なのは、馬肉のサラダ・平目の薄づくり。馬肉のサラダはなかなかないアイディア。馬肉の食感とサラダの食感、たいへん面白かったです。ただ、野菜がコースの中に少ないので馬肉食べられないと野菜が…。
平目の薄づくり。ほぼ一人で食べてしまうぐらい。
他の料理も美味しかったです。
