This is "Sosaiwabo Fujita" ¨̮⃝☆ I'm here again tonight to enjoy the mouth-watering cuisine. ☘️Cheers♪(*^^)o∀*∀o(^^*)♪ .•♬I toast with "No". delicious! ️ ☘️Appetizer .•♬This is a high level appetizer!! ️ I think it's seared blackthroat, but it's a slightly warm and chewy fish. The ponzu sauce is delicious, so it's even more delicious. My wife said she was killed by this appetizer. ️ It's too delicious¨̮⃝☆ ☘️ Blue crab from Nakatsu (I've loosened it up) .•♬This is the menu I order every time I have it. Thank you for taking the trouble to loosen it╰(╰ .ω.)╯ ☘️Kue .•♬ Let it rest properly and let it become firm enough to insert a knife before serving. Freshly caught fish are hard and inedible. Ume~(ｶ ´ ꒳ ` ｲ) ☘️Gesoᔦ๑° ꒳ °๑ᔨ and shimeji mushroom grilled with butter.•♬I order this every time. ☘️Quick boiled Kyoto duck .•♬My wife, who doesn't like duck, raved about how delicious it was. I heard you can eat the duck here. Good~^( 'Θ' )^ ☘️Tuna .•♬As expected of this tuna. This is amazing for 1000 yen. It was a wonderful tuna with square, lean meat and a beautiful, slightly sticky texture. Seafood Chawanmushi .•♬The Chawanmushi at this restaurant is quite delicious. Just the right softness. There's a lot of Seafood there. That's delicious. I drank and ate a lot and it cost me 8,000 yen per person! ️ I think it's really reasonable considering the quality ❤ Thank you for the meal. Ciel is coming to visit us next year, so we're making a reservation here for January. Thank you for the meal tonight. It was so much fun and so delicious ¨̮⃝☆ I will come again.

Tuesday, November 21, 2023 Even though it's payday, for some reason my partner wants to go to the same store and is breathing hard (´・ω・｀) Seriously, it's payday... However, the restaurant that you still want to go to is Sosaiwabo Fujita. We developed this store ourselves, so we have a deep attachment to it. First, check out today's menu at the store. I'm really looking forward to this ꕤ︎︎·͜· ☘️Highball .•♬This highball is delicious. ☘️Appetizer .•♬The appetizer is chawanmushi! ️ It's a super delicious appetizer that welcomes you with plump shrimp. It really makes me go crazy. ☘️Kue sashimi .•♬Well, what's so delicious about it? ️It's delicious with soy sauce and ponzu sauce. Kueh is definitely delicious. ☘️Steamed Watari Crab from Nakatsu (I'm loosening it up) .•♬My partner's favorite Watari Crab❤︎. Moreover, it has been loosened. That's all you can ask for! In fact, it's super delicious⤴ ☘️Scallops◌°◌Butter-grilled.•♬The flavor of butter brings out the scallops. The combination of Seafood and this soup is another great dish. My partner is having a blast! It's delicious ꕤ︎︎·͜· ☘️Japanese pepper highball.•♬Correct Japanese pepper. It's not too harsh or thin, it has just the right amount of seasoned pepper (` -´ )b Good✨ You'll never get tired of it. ☘️ Shimaji with sesame sauce .•♬ Quite refreshing sesame sauce. The striped mackerel was crunchy and it was also a delicious dish. It was delicious tonight too. Most of the food here is delicious. After all, this is my favorite shop too. 相方さんと合流して、目指すはここ、
「創彩和房 ふじた」さん。
フレンチなら「7FUKU」さん、和食なら「ふじた」さん。
だってシエルさんが速攻言います、次もここ❤だと。
てへッ(*ﾉ>ᴗ<)良いお店を見つけた証拠。

♬美味しいね。この3人での乾杯アルコール。

☘️お通し(茶碗蒸し)
♬いきなり茶碗蒸しが3人をお出迎え。
カニカニが沢山入ってて、美味ちい美味ちい⤴

☘️生岩牡蠣
♬生だから、少しのこりっと感があってめっちゃ美味しい。
対馬で食べた岩牡蠣とは、また少し違う食感。
これはこれで美味すぎ。

☘️アジ
♬コリコリのアジ。
そりゃ美味いでそ(　ﾟдﾟ)ﾝﾏｯ!

☘️ズワイガニ
♬ほぐされてます。美味いです。
☘️ワタリガニ
♬更にほぐされているワタリガニ。美味い。
個人的にはこっちに旗です。さすが味ワタリガニですわ。

♬これは、強烈の料理。姿唐揚げが提供されると思ったら、身だけの提供。こんなに分厚い身のあらかぶの唐揚げ。本体はもっと大きんだと思います。
シエルさんも相方さんも舌鼓の料理。

♬ほへほへ、これもうんめー。

❤京鴨さっと煮
♬これまた、驚愕のお料理⤴
まあ美味いの「なんのこれしき」←これわかる人いるのかな？
出汁がね出汁がね、あほかって思うくらい美味い。
これ、メニューにあったら必ず頼みましょうね。

シエルさんとの珍道中②でした。
この後、何故かラーメンモード突入で行きましたよ。

本日は私の誕生日☘️
相方さんがせっせとディナーを予約です。

そうです、こういう記念日とかにも持ってこいのお店、
「旬彩和房 ふじた」さんです❕

前回来てから、相方さんと私は虜になってます。
だって、雰囲気も良いし料理も美味しいし、申し分なしの良店なんです。

☘️カンパイ*(ˊᗜˋ*)و
♬良店で頂くハイボールは美味しい。

☘️ジャコおろし
♬美味しいよォ。

☘️トリ貝とタイラギ貝の刺身
♬トリ貝の鮮度が良いので、超美味しいの。
タイラギ貝のこの食感が堪らない〜。

☘️マテ貝のバター焼き
♬これは間違いなく、相方さんの大好物。
火の通ったマテ貝のこの食感に、このバターの風味はやばいですよね。

☘️イカバター焼き
♬キノコ苦手な私が、美味しく頂いてます。

☘️ステーキ
♬柔らかなお肉。ずっと噛んでられます。

☘️天ぷら
♬サクッとする薄衣。食材を活かす美味しい天ぷらです。

☘️トラフグ唐揚げ
♬しゃぶる美味しさ。やっぱりフグってうんまい⤴

☘️厚切り牛タン
♬ここら辺から、記憶が怪しい。食べたはずなのに、記憶に残ってない・・・。
でも、これも見た目から美味しいですよね。

☘️茶碗蒸し
♬あっ、完全に記憶が・・・。
これも間違いなく美味しい料理。

♬更に、完全に記憶が・・・。
〆に最高の1品。

記憶はさておき、1品1品が本当に美味しい料理です。
普段でも、イベントでも、重宝する良いお店に出会えました。

相方さん、ごちそうさまでした。
ちょっと頼みすぎたので、ちょっとお値段いっちゃったね。
8月の相方さん誕生日には、奢りますね。

相方さんと晩御飯。

ここも以前よりずっと気になっていたお店。
昼にお店の前を通ると、今夜のメニューが貼り出されています。
仕入れによって、メニューが変わるんでしょうね。

そんなお店はここ、
「創彩和房 ふじた」さんです。

店内の雰囲気がとっても落ち着いて良いんです。
あとお客さんの質が良いなぁって感じます。

☘️ハイボール
♬小さめのグラスが、飲みやすい。
相方さん、仕事終わりでお疲れ様*´ㅅ`)"

☘️お通し(揚げ出し豆腐)
♬まずね出汁が優しくて美味しい。
だって、相方さんも自分も全部飲んじゃった。
具材も本当に美味しい。

☘️中津産蒸しワタリガニ(ほぐしてあります)
♬このかに酢も、最後相方さん全部飲んじゃった。
ほぐしてあるから食べやすい。蒸し加減もバッチリ。
かに好きの相方さんには、ほっぺたが落ちる料理。

☘️ひらめしそ巻と海老の天麩羅
♬そえられたお塩が、ぜんぜん塩っぱくなくて美味しいの。
天麩羅がより美味しくなる、不思議なお塩。
サックサクの衣は、良い音をたてます！
ひらめしそ巻は、ふんわり柔らかい。
海老は身がぷりっぷり！

☘️あわびのバター焼き
♬超柔らか〜いあわびちゃん。
無類のあわび好きの相方さん。顔がぴゃー。
速攻完食〜。

☘️茶碗蒸し
♬ここのが、過去最高に美味しい茶碗蒸し。
しかも、海鮮が超たっぷり入ってます。
雲丹やばいなぁ⤴
これおかわり出来るやん。

☘️お茶漬け
♬はぁぁ⤴︎ ⤴︎お出汁美味し。
海苔も霰も梅も美味しい。
〆に最高の1品。

美味しいお店に出会えた今夜の2人は大満足。
美味しい料理って良いね(๑•̀ㅂ•́)و✧
ここも、胃袋が大満足です。

間違いなく、また来ます。
いつかあらかぶ(カサゴ)の唐揚げ食べたいなぁ。
