I visited Kokura alone when the city of Kokura was still depopulated due to the coronavirus pandemic. It's hard to get into a restaurant like this unless you're in a group, but there seemed to be some empty seats, so I was able to get a table for myself. As the name suggests, this is a store that collects delicious food from Kyushu. However, it doesn't seem like the master has eaten it all over the place or is from anywhere else, so the taste is not beyond imagination. This may be the first time I've seen Miyazaki's famous fried mehikari. I've eaten it elsewhere, but this was delicious. I got excited and sent a photo to a person from Miyazaki Prefecture, and they ordered me to bring the mayonnaise, so I asked them to bring me some mayonnaise. It's delicious without it, but the sake tastes better with it. The only thing I would like to see improved is that the beer foam is visibly less.
