Visited in mid-March 2020. I entered the store with a panoramic view of the stylish exterior, and was led to a private room at the very front. For starters, I ordered draft beer and today's sashimi sashimi. There were four types of platter: flounder, sea bream, striped horse mackerel, and tuna.All of them were fresh and delicious, and the striped horse mackerel in particular was absolutely delicious. We ordered blowfish milt, mentaiko, and horse sashimi one after another. Well, everything was delicious and I was really satisfied. The sake-steamed golden sea bream I ordered in the second half was especially delicious! The texture and taste of the first bite, and the flavor of the sake-soaked dishes were brought out to the fullest, making it the best I've ever eaten. Overall, the price is high, but it's worth it for this grade. It was really delicious and I think it will become a famous restaurant in Kokura! That made me think. The only thing that bothered me was the erratic customer service of the staff. It wasn't bad, but when I asked questions about cooking, I didn't get very accurate answers, so I felt a little unreliable. That said, it was delicious and I was very satisfied. I made an online reservation through Tabelog and entered the store at 5 o'clock. When I called out ``Excuse me'' from the entrance, someone from the kitchen a little further back asked, ``Yes?'' A voice said. I was kind of hoping that someone would greet me and say ``Welcome,'' but that wasn't the case, and when I told them that it was ○○ that I had made a reservation for, the person in the kitchen replied again, asking, ``Are you Mr. ○○?'' After such a conversation, he finally asked me to come and lead him to a private room. I wish I'd been greeted with the first word lol. I felt a little uncomfortable communicating from a distance where I couldn't see their faces, but this restaurant has a good reputation for their food and the taste is sure to be good, so I took it easy. Go to a private room. I ordered draft beer and my favorite vinegar Oyster. The vinegar Oyster with ponzu sauce are just right! The vinegar is not too sour or harsh, but has just the right amount of mellowness. I carefully examined it with beer while making fine adjustments using grated maple leaves. It's super delicious! I feel like crying as I enjoy the flavor that fills my mouth. Ordered sea bream carpaccio and potato salad. Potato salad is delicious with just the right amount of salt and sweetness, but what's with the sauce on top? I also love the tomato sauce on Hamburg! Grilled mustard cod roe, sea bream chazuke, and finished off with vanilla ice cream! Everything was of a high level of deliciousness. The private rooms have a nice atmosphere, so you can enjoy your meal while having a relaxing conversation.
