Among them, the Weizen, which has been awarded the best in Japan consecutively, is Mojiko Beer's signature product and our most popular! You can enjoy the fruity aroma and mellow and gentle taste made with a luxurious 60% wheat malt. In addition, Sakura Beer, which is a reproduction of the beer made in Moji during the Taisho era based on the ingredient list at the time, is a lager with a distinctive malt aroma.

"METZGEREI" is the German word for processed meat products. In pursuit of dishes that allow you to enjoy Mojiko beer, which is mainly German-style beer, in the most delicious way, we manufacture our own metzgerai such as ham, sausage, pâté, and rillettes. A non-smoked, fluffy white sausage is perfect for a weizen, and a salami-type sausage with a hint of garlic is perfect for a pale ale. Please experience the best pairing.
