We offer courses where you can enjoy seasonal vegetables and "Kosaka chicken" made in Tamba Sasayama, Kobe. We use world-class germ-free chicken, which is also used in French cuisine, and you can enjoy rare parts and other delicious parts of the day in charcoal-grilled skewer style.
