Tempura is a dish where you can enjoy the full flavor contained within the batter. After being fried in oil, the residual heat brings out the original flavor of the ingredients. Tempura uses heat and moisture to bring out the flavor. Enjoy this luxurious dish that is both Fried food and steamed. All of our products are made with a blend of domestically produced rice bran oil and Taihaku sesame oil. Rice bran oil is a high-quality vegetable oil extracted from rice bran. It is highly oily and does not cause stomach upset, so it is recommended not only for its taste but also for its beauty and health aspects.

Our restaurant offers carefully selected Japanese sake. The grand menu mainly features items from Kyushu. Depending on the season, we also offer items not listed on the menu.
