ささやかで素敵なお店が小倉に誕生しました。
とても明るくて優しい、
フランスで修行歴のあるオーナーシェフ。
でもフランスの食材が一番だとはせず
地元九州産の食材を中心に
自分が惚れ込んだ生産者さんから仕入れ、
自分で丁寧に仕込み、
自分が仕上げることに思いを込めている様子。
6席カウンターをワンオペで（1人で）
目の前のお客さんと会話しながらお料理したいとの気持ちが伝わってきます。
とても心地よい特別感のあるディナーを頂きました。
ディナーコースは1万2千円と1万7千円（税サ別）の2種あるようです。
メニューから特別記憶に残った品を抜粋します。
◎カルヴァドスで香りをつけた和牛のダブルテールスープ
コンソメかと思ったら一味違うスープで驚きました。
◎トロ甘白ネギと帆立貝のアイスクリーム
なんという組み合わせ！
おススメです。
◎大分県竹田市の鹿のカルパッチョ
ノドグロの魚醤とコンテとカラスミと白菜を添えて
いやぁ火入れ完璧です。
鹿の臭み全くありません。
◎網どりの真鴨（宗像）
ビーツのピューレ
こちらも火入れ完璧です。
鴨臭み全くありません。
◎鹿児島のマザービーフ
ランプを薪焼きで。
こちらも肉本来の旨みをしみじみ味わいました。
美味しかったです。
ごちそうさまでした。
フレンチの需要の多い東京や福岡ではなく、地元北九州を盛り上げよう、九州の食材で頑張ろうとの心意気を感じましたので私的には5点満点です。
