小倉の週末は、多くの人が飲みに興じている様子でした。イベントで小倉に行き、余韻に浸ろうと思い焼き鳥のおいしそうなお店を予約をしてみた。
アーケードを抜けた右側にお店があり、予約時間の前に入ってみると、宴会をしている雰囲気だった。奥にテーブル席、手前にカウンター席があり、カウンター席に通された。残念だったのは、お話をしている方が席に座っていたこと。待っているときに私が気づき、ちょっと残念な気分でした。
着席して、ビールと焼き鳥７本盛を頼み、全種類のやきとりを試そうと入店前は考えていました。お通しでビール一杯。注文しようと考えたが、ドリンクを入れるのに忙しそうでしたので、ちょっと躊躇してしまった。焼き鳥とごま鯖を頼んだが、ゴマ鯖が結構美味でした。
焼き鳥はキャベツの上に焼きあがったものから載せていく提供方法でした。たれは近くの居酒屋と違って、さらりとしたたれでした。キャベツと一緒に食べれたのでヘルシーな食事でした。
人気のお店なので、カウンターは空いている椅子がなく、余韻に浸りたい自分の雰囲気と違ったので、早めに店を出ました。平日だったらもう少し静かに飲めるのかもしれません。和気あいあいのなか食事をするのにはいいお店だと思いました。最後に、店員さんの気遣いが見られてサービスはよいと思いました。
