北九州市小倉北区魚町。
以前は旦過市場の新旦過横丁で営業していた。火災により閉店。現在の魚町に移店となった。
メニューはKUSIがメイン。豚ばら・かしわ・砂ずり・肝・はつ・はつもと・皮・つくね・ウィンナー・椎茸・焼なす・焼とまと・ズッキーニ・車海老・さがり・丸腸・ハチノス・かしらなど。肝刺・砂ズリ刺などの鶏刺しやその日仕入れた刺身・若鶏の唐揚げ・山芋鉄板・豆腐サラダ・肉味噌サラダ・チャンジャ・トマトスライス・鍋などもある。ドリンクはビール・ハイボール・サワー・焼酎。
今回は2人でKUSIを数種(豚ばら・肝・豚軟骨・ウィンナー・椎茸など)ともも刺・関門タコ刺をオーダー。豚ばら塩加減が絶妙、肝レア気味で美味い、椎茸はポン酢で。もも刺ってなかなか珍しい。肝とかズリはよくあるが。関門タコもちゃんと食感があっていい。ドリンクは瓶ビールと焼酎。瓶ビールはサッポロビールの赤星。焼酎は佐藤の黒。佐藤の黒がなんと500円。かなり安い。他店なら700円以上はする銘柄。
旦過市場に移店して3年。旦過の焼き鳥屋ってイメージもついてきた中での火災。それでも魚町に移店して新たなスタートをきりお客さんも増えてきている。
