夜は照寿司さんへ。小倉駅から車で20分ほど離れた場所に位置しますが、小倉駅のタクシーに「照寿司さん」というと普通にたどり着きます。
大将の軽妙かつ必ずオチがついてくるトークや、カメラ決めカットなどが話題になりますがお料理一つ一つがキチンと仕事されており素晴らしいです。
個人的には特に最初のつまみ系が良かったです。
一品目のウニ、いくらは皮が溶ける程柔らかく、牡蠣は滑りも臭みも全くない仕事ぶり。
その後もイワシ鯨や、鮑、蟹など豪華食材を確かな仕事で、美味しいです。
握り？はかなり特徴のある赤酢のシャリがパンチ強いです。
最後の鰻バーガーまでオリジナリティ溢れるお寿司が続きます。
かなり量がありますので、事前のお腹の調整忘れずに。
