予約当日、場所を間違えて１時間遅刻した。
それでも、笑顔で迎えてくれて、すべて供してくれてた。

世界のイベントでセレブに寿司を握る北九州戸畑に世界で1番有名な寿司屋があるという。
圧巻のパフォーマンスも楽しいが、何を隠そう本気で美味しいのがうれしい！
派手なパフォーマンスをする寿司屋として認知している人も少なくないかもしれない。
侮るなかれ、大将の渡邉貴義氏の情熱と信条は並大抵のものではない。
鮨を愛し、北九州を愛し、そして世界を愛している。
とにかくとびっきりの食材と特注の酒粕酢から作られる酢飯の相性のよさに感動する。
