福岡県北九州市の戸畑と言う行った事のない場所にあります、世界一有名な寿司屋さんです。
名前を聞いてもわからなくても、写真をみたらわかる人は多いんではないでしょうか？笑
日本全国で本当に賛否両論あるお店だとは思いますが、
わたくし的には、本当に素晴らしいお店だと思います。
内装ですが、3階の宴会場を全面改装して造られた「寿司ステージ」の半円形のカウンターです。
レッドカーペットが惹かれておりそこから入店します笑
料理は地物の材料、それも超一級の品ばかりです。
赤雲丹、キロ越えの鮑、天然の鰻、特大のクエ。
やばいです。一年分の贅沢品を全部食べた感があります。
すべてとてつもなく美味い。
そして、何よりステージ？からの大将のトークとお客さんを喜ばす為の工夫がすごい！
おもてなし、みたいな言葉では言い表せないです。
至る所に工夫がある。
寿司のシャリはなかなかにクセのある赤酢ですので、好き嫌いはあると思います。
わたくしは赤酢のクセは大丈夫ですし、クセと酸味は強いですが、塩気がマイルドなので何なら好きな部類です。
ネタとの相性はあるでしょうが、とても美味いと思います。
場所が遠い事と、わたくしの様な庶民には旅費込みで一大決心をしないと行けない料金なので、頻繁には行けませんが、ここは是非また行きたいと思います！
