Here are some photos of Sushi!!! I visited the world's most famous restaurant, Sushi. The excellent Sushi handed to me by the chef with his fierce gaze was amazing. This is an Edomae Sushi restaurant where you can fill your stomach with dishes made with an abundance of the finest ingredients. Lastly, I also bought a book written by the chef at the restaurant, got it autographed, and continued reading it on the train from Tobata Station. I thought it was really cool that the chef broke the idea that there would be no more customers because it is located in the countryside of Tobata, and spread Sushi to the world. "Self-taught is a weapon" - the chef's story from his student days to how Sushi spread around the world. It also includes a summary of his conversation with Horiemon. I learned a lot.
