北九州市戸畑区旭町。戸畑駅から徒歩5分。
サンエイトビルの2階のバー。外から見ると1階と2階に飲み屋や飲食店。3階から上は住居っぽい。
この辺を歩いてる時にハンバーガーのテイクアウトののぼりを見つけて、こんな所にハンバーガー屋があるんだと思って食べログで調べるとバーでハンバーガーを提供してるらしい。かなり気になったので今回初訪問。
中に入ると普通のバー。こりゃ、昼とかにハンバーガーやってるパターンかなと思ったら壁にたくさんの料理メニュー。さらにおつまみメニューですと渡されたメニューもおつまみレベルじゃない料理がズラリ。
ハンバーガーが人気メニュー。現在は通常メニュー6種と期間限定が3種。他にもパスタやピザ・刺身などもあります。ドリンクは基本なんでもある。バーなので。中でもクラフトビールに力を入れているみたい。この日はなかったけど。
今回はフィッシュ&チップスとハンバーガーのハンバーグをオーダー。お酒はコロナビールとジンバックをチョイス。
フィッシュ&チップス。フワフワの白身のフライと太めのフライドポテト。タルタルソースが余るほど。タルタルソースはあっさりで玉子の味が強い。ケチャップもつけてくれてます。
ハンバーガーのハンバーグ。玉子・トマト・ハンバーグ・オニオン・レタス・チーズ。肉感がとても強いハンバーガー。マヨネーズソースがめっちゃ美味い。トマトとオニオン・レタスがいいアクセント。ケチャップとチーズ・玉子もいい仕事してます。
店主さんになんでこんなに料理充実してるのか聞いたらアメリカの映画とかで食べながらお酒飲んでるからアリかなということらしい…よくよく考えると日本だと飲食店で営業する方がいろいろ大変(資格とか)。
ハンバーガーは全部制覇したいな。
