Food Kabayaki set meal/bamboo
Our kabayaki is characterized by deep firing when unglazed. The eel is skewered on a metal skewer over a fire, kneaded over and over again to release the fat, and the fatty eel is then grilled by pouring water over it to remove the excess fat. The sauce is less sweet than most eel restaurants in Kyushu, and the sauce is refreshing.
