In order to ensure seats available without reservations, we are limiting seat reservations to 4 to 5 tables during the day and at night. Remaining seats will be allocated in the order of arrival. 時間に余裕ができたんで、北九方面へと繰り出して鰻屋へと行くことにした。
かつて地元の先輩が「この店は焼きが違う」って絶賛していた店なんだよね。
選んだのはウナ重の竹。文庫を持ち込んで、地酒を飲みつつ待ってみる。
ウナギ屋の場合はすぐ出てくるより待たされるくらいの方がいい。
フタを開けると香ばしい匂い、焼き色のついた面はカリッとしてて良い。
チト焦げたような皮の香り、強すぎない脂。能書きにあるような焼き具合。
タレもさっぱりした味で、こういうのは福岡らしからぬって言っていいんかな。
静かな空間で昼のプチ贅沢。こんな休みばっかりだとイイんだけど。
