In order to ensure seats available without reservations, we are limiting seat reservations to 4 to 5 tables during the day and at night. Remaining seats will be allocated in the order of arrival. 今日は仕事の関係で北九州の黒崎へ訪問しました!
そして今日は仕事納めなので…贅沢してしまおう…
ということで今年の締めにピッタリな鰻にします!
12時頃の訪問で2組待ち!皆も同じ考えかな?笑
タブレットに入力して待機し…10分ほどで入店!
店内はテーブルと座敷席があり40席ほどの広さ!
メニューを眺め…店主オススメのコレを注文です!
◾️蒲焼定食 松(3,300円)
ちなみに…松5切、竹7切、梅9切の3種類あり!
待っている間にお店の説明書きを転記しましょう!
「当店の蒲焼は素焼の時に深く焼き込むのを特徴としています。そのため、火の上で金串に刺した鰻を何度も何度も折り込むようにこねて脂を出し脂の多い鰻には水をかけ脂を落とすようにして焼きます。川魚は百二十パーセント火を通す事で生臭みが取れます。タレは九州の鰻屋の中では甘さを控え、さっぱりとしたものに仕上げて居ります」とのこと!
混んでいたのか…待つこと30分ほどで鰻が到着!
定食は別皿か…お皿には追加用のタレがあります!
まずは鰻!フワッと食感に口に広がる脂身の旨み…
合わせてタレの香ばしさが口の中へと広がります!
説明通り臭みは全くありません!やっぱり旨いな…
意外にも感動したのがご飯!米の輝きがツヤツヤ!
ちゃんと粒が立っていて食感も良く旨みたっぷり!
鰻がメインになりがちですが、しっかり米も旨い…
個人的には別皿より丼が好きなので次は鰻丼だな…
仕事納めに贅沢できました!ごちそうさまでした!
