ご飯とスープが冷たかった件が・・・
日曜日の14:00前に来店。ラストオーダーまで時間が短いけど、本日は丼もの目当てなので問題ナッシング！
席は仕切りのある4人がけのテーブルでした。
焼肉の予定はなかったのですが、真ん中にロースター穴と排気がつい小洒落た感じの席、ジャズがほのかにかかる静かな店内です。
今日のオーダーは
神戸牛まぶし赤身ステーキ重(1,280円)
極上赤身ステーキ重(1,380円)
タッチパネルでオーダーします。
オーダー時にご飯の量を大盛り、中盛り、小盛りから選べます。
オーダーより10分ほどでお品が到着。
サラダもキムチも付いてていい感じ♪
コーヒーもLLサイズで嬉しい♪
・・・けど、旦那と2人でスープを飲むと・・・ぬるい。気のせいじゃなくて、ぬるい。
テンション下がりそうなところを、気を取り直して、お重へと進む。お肉は赤身と言いつつジュワッと肉汁と脂がプリッとした歯ごたえと一緒に溢れ出す。おぉ！！
・・・けど、やっぱりご飯が冷えてる（ ; ; ）
せっかくのお肉もご飯のせいで熱々ではない・・・↓↓
旦那とも持ち帰り弁当食べてるみたいだったね〜とか、オーダーストップ前の来店だったから残ったスープとご飯使ったのかなぁ？と話をするほど。
大人な雰囲気も良いし、お肉のお味もセット内容も、コスパもとても良かったので、もう一回行こうと思ってはいますが、地元でも焼肉の名店と言われる店だけに何かの間違いであって欲しいと思います。

今夜は旦那の誕生日という事で、かねてよりリベンジしたかったおんどるさんへ。
以前冷めた牛まぶしランチで今一つだったのですが、今回はちゃんと超特選牛しゃぶと美食コースと正統派焼肉でその実力を見たいと思いました。
ガッツリ食べたいなら、食べ放題のそこそこ値段のする所に行った方がいいのは分かっているのですが、もういい歳になってくると、量より質なんですよね〜
上品な個室の席で、本炭火焼きですが、換気が良いのか匂いませんモクモクしてません。
最初に超特選牛すき焼きしゃぶが来ました。
見事な霜降りサシの薄切り肉をタレにつけ、片面だけサッと焼きます。肉が良いので焼き過ぎない、サッと焼きます炙るだけだから焼きしゃぶの名称なんですね！
1枚約1,000円。これで適当なモノが出てきたら庶民な私は暴れたくなりますが（笑）素晴らしい逸品でした。
柔らかい、脂っこいはずなのにそれを感じさせないジューシーさ。卵で余分な脂を落としてもまだしっかり主張する牛肉の旨味。1枚でご飯2杯イケるあと引く美味しさです。
続いて、鶏、ソーセージ、牛タン、豚バラを一つずつ。
どれもそれぞれ、上品に、主張してきます。
そこからは、カルビとロース、計5種が出てきます。
特筆すべきはおんどる特選カルビかな、サイコロステーキのようにカットされていて、これが網に乗せるとジュワッと脂が溶け出します。全表面に焼き目をつけても肉汁頬張り感を味わいたいならこれは外せないでしょう。
ご飯はコース外なので、別オーダーになりますが、おかわり自由です。
焼肉が特別なご馳走っていうのを改めて感じさせてくれるお店でした。
ランチでもこのクオリティーの端っこが堪能出来ると良いのに〜
