北九州市第二の歓楽街 黒崎。その中心エリアで連日大盛況を誇る焼き鳥屋さん『梵天(ぼんてん)』。
とにかく人気で、突然訪問しても入れない事が多いので、電話確認することをオススメします。
串物は砂ずり、はつ、かしわ、牛バラ、タン串、おくら巻き、激辛ウインナー。一品メニューはキムチと焼きおにぎりを注文。
どれも一級品の焼き加減ですが、振りかけられた特性スパイスが特徴的！いい塩加減！ここが他のお店との違いかなーって感じがします。
料理も美味しいですが、気さくで話しやすい大将、女将、従業員さんたち。お店の雰囲気もとっても良いです！
ついついお酒が進んでしまいます(笑)
