I made a reservation and visited. About 5 minutes walk from Kurosaki Station. It was a stylish shop with a nice atmosphere. I was told it was a semi-private room, but there were blinds in between and I could almost see the seat next to me, so it was a bit disappointing as it wasn't what I expected (^^;; After we toasted with beer, it took a while for the first dish to arrive. It must have been a busy time. Today's Small dish was scallops. I've only had beer so far, so I really appreciate the warm food. It was delicious. After that, the course was an assortment of sashimi. Manager's choice salad Winter-only one-person hotpot specialty Dashimaki tamago Domestic beef cutlet Onigiri rice ball with Ochazuke（boiled rice with tea）cream.The sashimi was delicious, and the dashimaki tamago was also elegant.The beef cutlet was rare, and the meat was rare and slightly chewy in the crispy batter. It was a bit chewy, but I was glad that I could really taste the flavor of the meat.The overall seasoning was elegant, but since I was also drinking alcohol, the portion didn't seem like much, but it was filling.
