名前の通り、アジトにしたい個性的居酒屋さん

三年ぶりに来店です。
教えたくないお店。。。
今日も美味しいです(笑)
まずはお刺身の盛り合わせ
ヒラス 鯛の昆布締め、地タコ、サザエ、太刀魚、はがつお そしてマイワシ！ マイワシの脂がすごくて感動ものです。
手羽先の燻製
採れたて 初筍！
白子ポン酢
ポテトサラダ ほんと、ここのは絶品
ヒラスの胡麻漬け
アラコの煮付け
和牛のたまり漬け
おでん
お料理ひとつひとつが丁寧で よそにはない唯一のもの。
ポテトサラダひとつ取ってもそうです。
日本酒にも凝っていて、めずらしいお酒もたくさん揃えてます。
どれも お料理に合うものを用意してくれて
女性4人、大変満足いたしました。
なんで三年も来なかった？？？
そう後悔した夜でした

前回の写真を友人に見せたところ 是非行きたい！とのことでお邪魔しました。
相変わらずのお刺身！
脂が乗ってるもの、ピシッとしまってるもの
歯ごたえを感じるもの。
バランスよ良い盛り合わせです。
