久々に来黒する友人
食べたいものをたずねると
「なんでもええねん！全部がおいしいの分かってる！」と(笑)光栄です
酒も魚も肉もすべてがバランスよくおいしいお店「味杜」さんにお邪魔することに
友人まさかの初味杜で「なんではよおしえてくれんねん！」と、あとでクレームが
この日は刺身、牡蠣、たけのこ等々いただきました
まだ1月！1月にたけのこ？！
そう合馬のたけのこ、これが絶品！今まで食べたたけのこの中で一番おいしかった
ほくっとしてて、全くえぐみがなく甘い
たけのこってこんなにおいしいのね…と、開眼
刺身の盛り合わせもそれぞれが丁寧に処理され、それぞれがおいしい
特にイワシの刺身は口の中でとろけて…もっと食べたかったけどなかなか食べられないだろう友人に泣く泣く譲る( ;∀;)
お値段は少々お高め
でも、お値段の価値がある逸店だと思います
