日曜日のお昼に来店。
お昼0:15位の到着で、待ち組数は2組。
ほどなく案内されました。
中は思いの外広くて二階席は10テーブル以上ありました。
オーダーは各テーブルにある端末よりします。
残念ながら905定食以外に狙っていたランチ海鮮丼や刺身定食は品切れ。ヒラスやタイ、茶碗蒸しも売り切れとのこと。
と言うことで905定食をオーダー。
画面では量が分からなかったため、ご飯を→＋300円でサーモン丼に変更しました。
オーダーしてから定食が届くまでが早い！
そして届いた定食のボリュームが圧巻！
説明通り、茶碗蒸しが唐揚げに変更されていたため、通常よりも更に！
同じ定食を頼んだ夫の分と私の分でお刺身の魚種が少し違ってました。(夫の分は錆が入ってたり)
お刺身の鮮度はさすがお魚屋さんが経営するだけあってプリプリで新鮮でした。
鯖の味噌煮の味加減も絶妙。
そして何よりアラ入り味噌汁のお出汁がまろやか旨味たっぷりで美味しい〜！お代わりしちゃいました！！
この美味しいお出汁で作る茶碗蒸し是非食べたいです。それと海鮮丼も。
少しだけ良くないことも敢えて書きます。
お醤油が甘いです。丼もののタレと兼用なのですが、丼ものタレには良いですが、お刺身には甘すぎでもう少しキリッとお刺身の味を引き立ててほしいなと個人的な感想。
また、ウェイトレスさんですが、テキパキしているのですが、お代わりを呼んでオーダーしようとするお客さんに、端末で注文してくださいっ！で言う言い方とか、伝票をダーンって置く置き方とかが、接客にしては笑顔もなくツーンとして愛想が無さすぎで、本当に残念。
他の店員さんは感じ良かったんですけどね。。。
それを引いても、美味しかったので気にせずまた行きますd(^_^o)
