We are particular about the quality of our meat, and we mainly purchase the best quality meat at the time from Kyushu, such as Miyazaki and Kagoshima prefectures. Among them, we recommend the Kuroge Wagyu Beef Special Rib Roast, which has a soft texture and non-sticky fat. In addition, fresh Wagyu beef hormones can be enjoyed in the "Today's Hormone Assortment." We offer 3 to 5 types depending on the number of guests, so please enjoy them to the fullest.
