I had a drink with four colleagues near Kurosaki Station. A colleague made a reservation for me at Shiki no Gachisou Minato, which just opened in September 2020. Meals can be ordered (reserved) after arriving at the restaurant for 980 yen for the 90-minute all-you-can-drink option. Shortly after the store opened, wreaths were placed in front of the store. The number of seats in the store is 48 (according to basic information), all seats are moat tables. There was also a private room in the back, and this time I was guided to a private room. First of all, I was surprised by the appetizer. Two pieces Cow tongue and a heated stone were served to each person, making a small Yakiniku (Grilled meat). This Cow tongue was very fresh and delicious. Other I ordered was the "Assorted Sashimi" for 1,000 yen for 2 people. Since there were 4 of us, we asked for each person to be able to eat one piece. Then they prepared four pieces each of striped horse mackerel, salmon, scallop, yellowtail, spear squid, and sea bream. The presentation on the tiered plates was vivid, and all the fish were of good quality. ``Tongue Carpaccio'' 980 yen I thought it was unusual so I ordered it. This is my first time eating raw tongue. Serve thinly sliced tongue with green onions and dressing. Because they are thinly sliced, they are soft and have no odor at all. Personally, this is one item that I really like. ``Dashimaki Tamago'' 680 yen If you were to eat it, which one would you like to eat? When I asked him, he introduced me to this menu. It has green onions on top and has a firm texture. The slightly sweet and salty type (not salty) of dashi-maki tamago is a good accompaniment to sake. Ordered "Homemade Tartare Fried Oysters" 820 yen for 2 people. Served cut in half and sprinkled with sea lettuce. Although the meat was a little smaller, it had more flavor. I had it with a light homemade tartare. "Puripuri Shrimp with Aurora Sauce" 680 yen Although it was written as "puripuri", the shrimp was hard and the fried quality was a bit disappointing. Also, other items I ordered were not served, and when I asked for them, they replied that they couldn't prepare them. Will drinks be served too late? While paying the bill. Then, the spacious store was filled with customers. I think it's amazing that it's able to attract so many people in the area around Kurosaki Station, which had been deserted due to the coronavirus pandemic. It's only been open for a month, so they may not be able to deal with crowds in the future. There were some disappointing moments in the second half, but the food was generally delicious and the staff were friendly. Above all, the 90-minute All-you-can-drink course (for drinks only) is a great deal if you have a lot of drinkers. Thank you for the meal.
