JR 黒崎駅より エスカレーターで下りカムズー通り 「八右衛門」「黒崎再生酒場」越し更に直進し 長崎街道を右に折れ左側にお店はあります。
SNSでお店を知り まん延防止が解除されたら一度訪れたいなーと思ってたお店です
お店に入ると ゴマ油やにんにくの良い香りが充満、食欲が刺激されます
本格中華で一杯できる 居酒屋さんというより 中華の割烹的なお店かな？ 四川料理が楽しめるみたい
詳しく料理がわからないので お店の方に おすすめをお願いしました
★ 丸ごとピーマンの豆豉炒め 600円
豆豉って聞いたことはありましたが そう馴染みある調味料ではないですが 辛味はないけど コクがあり旨味たっぷり ちょっと濃い味付けが ビールにそして白ごはんにも合いそうです
ごちそうさまでした
ちょっと奥まって 決して良い立地じゃないお店ですが SNSや口コミからか 繁盛してる感じで すぐにお客で いっぱいに・・
たまたまですと お店の方ですが 料理の味はもちろん 接客も丁寧で 人気あるのも頷けます。
4、5人とかで いろんな料理シェアしてワイワイしたくなる雰囲気のお店です （コロナ禍の今はちょっと難しいかな？）本格の麻婆豆腐なんかも 食べてみたいです
