鶏白湯ラーメン大好き、浜のゴジラさん。
期間限定で、丸源ラーメンでも鶏白湯ラーメンが登場。
しかし、丸源ラーメンといえば、以前福重店に行き、３日前に炊いたようなパサパサな御飯に、美味しくない唐揚げ。
全くいいイメージがなかった。
しかし、鶏白湯好きとしては放っておけない。
不味くても死にはしない。
ひょっとしたらうまい鶏白湯ラーメンに出会えるかも知れない。
運ばれてきた瞬間、食べる前から、もう不味い。
人工的な旨味調味料の匂いがこだます。
やひろ屋や、止まらないラーメン愛ＧＥＴ５４、おがたなどのようなクリーミーで濃厚な鶏白湯はどこにもなし。
鶏白湯というより、鶏塩ラーメンだ。
鶏白湯は、しっかりと鶏ガラを砕いて、砕け散るまで煮込まないと。
それ以前に、カップラーメンのような邪道な味。
鶏ガラの旨味ではなく、人工的調味料の旨味。
相変わらず御飯も美味しくなく、夜勤明けのランチに大名惨敗。
元々丸源ラーメンに、そんなに期待はしてなかったが、
丸源ラーメンの鶏白湯ラーメン、いや、鶏塩ラーメンは想像以上に、俺の夢を打ち砕いた。
