こちらはこの辺をふらふらしてて「津本式究極の血抜き」の幟が目に入りめっちゃ気になってたお店。
看板の「熟成鮨」も気になる。
電話してみるとおまかせコースは¥8,000 と¥10,000の２種類...
生の鰯なのに、全然臭みもなく美味しく食べることができたし、熟成寿司も初めてでよかったです。
こんなに美味しいお寿司なかなか食べれないと思います！
魚に真剣に向き合っている大将にあっぱれ！
魚の下処理も完璧で、最高でした！
11月と12月に訪問
お鮨もとても美味しくて太刀打魚の焼き魚もふっくらしてとても美味しかった。コース料理も品数が多くて大満足でした。友達も皆んな美味しいと絶賛しました♪又行きます！
