I had eaten lunch before and had the impression that it was very delicious. Since it was a course this time, I remembered that lunch and was looking forward to it. The atmosphere of the restaurant is nice, and it feels like it's been designed from the entrance...The atmosphere that leads to the tatami room is also very nice, giving the feeling of a hideaway restaurant. Then the courses begin, appetizers, sashimi, hot pot dishes, and Fried food...Even the desserts were delicious. It looked good and was arranged to match the atmosphere of the restaurant, making it a feast for the eyes. However, since I was drinking alcohol, the overall flavor felt a little too strong for me. Especially the saltiness...the taste was more edgy than it looked, and when I ate it for lunch, my impression was that it had a gentle seasoning, so I was a little surprised. What caught my attention the most was the rice and the ``pickles'' that came with it. The overall taste remained strong, so I personally wondered how much saltiness would be appropriate for a light pickled pickle. If I have a chance, I might try it again...
