Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) in the north. There were no Tabelog reviews, so I visited without any prior knowledge, but it turned out to be a great restaurant that would tickle the spirits of drinkers, serving local specialties and ingredients. It's a small store, so I wouldn't say it has everything, but it might be worth a visit to see what's on offer. ◆◆ Actually, I got off the north train that day aiming for another restaurant, but it wasn't open, so I got scared when I was in the car earlier, and there were no reviews Tabelog. This is where I was doing BM. I had Asahi Dry black beer, so I started with that. As for food, as I mentioned at the beginning, there is a wide selection of specialty products and ingredients from all over the country, so I had a hard time deciding which ones to choose. By the way, as far as I can remember, there's also Hegisoba from Niigata, Sobameshi from Hyogo, salt-boiled peanuts from Chiba, and kettle-fried whitebait from Komatsushima. In terms of ingredients, there are things like San'in's Nodoguro, Hokkaido's potatoes, and Inca no Mezame. Among them, Kanmon Takobutsu Salted Lemon and Kumamoto's famous horse sashimi. The former is exquisitely seasoned with salted lemon and comes with wasabi pickles, but the salted lemon alone is enough. However, it is human nature to want to try using it for a different taste. It's quite painful, and the pain that comes to my nose is pleasurable. The core of the Kumamoto horse sashimi was slightly frozen, probably because it was frozen, but it melted quickly after being left out for a while. However, this guy also buys really good products, so it's delicious! There are condiments, but these are just to enhance the flavor. There's no smell, so you can just use soy sauce as is. I also tried some deep-fried tofu cheese, but it was grilled on a yaki stand and served with soy sauce and mirin? The sweet sauce goes well with it, and although it's not a local specialty, it's simply delicious. There was also a humble comment in the restroom: ``Please give me information on delicious food from all over the country!'' If it were me, it would be great if they had the Toyama specialties where I lived in the past, such as oyster shellfish and white shrimp (because they don't taste good unless you prepare a lot of them), and cod soup, which I don't think would be possible at a private restaurant. Of course, the current specialties and ingredients gathered by the shop owner's discerning eye are enough to make it worth the trip! By the way, in the restroom, there were business cards of Kokura's prestigious ``Yumegen,'' as well as ``Komu'' and ``Nanpudo,'' which are from there. According to information from New3000world (Sad), who is a registered reader, the owner of our store is also from Yugen. All of the above-mentioned stores are popular, but this one also has the ability to avoid sink marks!
