北九州エリアになる福岡県中間市で洋食ランチです。
鉄板焼きハンバーグの人気店『HaYuKa dining』さん。
看板メニューの『HaYuKaハンバーグ』950円を注文。
サラダ・スープ・ライス or パン付きです。
注文を受けてから、ハンバーグ種を成形して、鉄板焼きの鉄板でジュージュー焼きます。
ご馳走気分です♪
タイミングを見計らってオーブン仕上げ。
その上に、同じく鉄板で焼いた目玉焼きをトッピング。手間のかかったハンバーグです。
ハンバーグは日本人好みのお箸で食べられる柔らかさ。
シンプルだけど完成度の高いソース。噂通りの美味しいハンバーグです。
ハンバーグソースにつけながら食べられる、フライドポテトもイケます。
なかなか行けませんが、近所にあったら嬉しい洋食屋さんでした♪
