新鮮で素晴らしいお米とお野菜で作ることにこだわったお店です。
前菜？のお盆は全て地元のお野菜みたいで一つ一つに素材の旨味が引き出されています！
麺はお米の米麺で少し透明でした
おやつもお米で度肝抜かれました。
甘酒みたいな味でした。
ただ店内土足なところとか予約必須のメニューが多い所と店内の静かな雰囲気のところがネックでした
