``Seared hand-woven Sushi'' 3,000 yen (limited to 10 servings) (Wednesday - Sunday 12:00-15:00, reservation required the day before) Hand-woven Sushi where you grill your own ingredients over charcoal on the table. Because they can't roll it, it's not hand-rolled but hand-woven Ψ(￣∇￣)Ψ Fresh sashimi can be eaten as is, or of course it's delicious when lightly grilled! Conger eel, salmon, and karasumi become even more fragrant when grilled...I want to pair them with sake! I thought. There was a wide variety of condiments, so it was fun to make Western dishes like cheese and garlic chips for chicken! It also comes with Tempura, Simmered dish dishes, and sweets. It's been a long time since I've had a good time talking with my son. I was also happy to have a private tatami room. There was a wide selection of Japanese sake, and Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) menu looked delicious, so I'd like to visit at night next time♪ Thank you for the wonderful time. Thank you for the meal☆
