今回も知人の手配です。
毎回、お店の予約をお願いしていますが、なかなかリピート出来ないのが現実ですね。
私が靴を脱ぐ店が嫌なので、カウンター席を予約してくれていました。
しかし、入店すると座敷に案内されました。
当日の来店予測が少ないのか、好意で座敷にしてくれたのかもしれませんが
これは私たちにとっては、有難迷惑ですが断れない、困ったもんでした。
開店してすぐなのに、醤油、ポン酢等の皿がベタベタでした。
しかも、醬油かポン酢の瓶が皿に出すまで不明、香りも飛んで臭いも不明。
お通し 他の客を見ても1種類しかない印象、珍しいです。
カワハギ活造り ちょっと身に元気がなかったですね。
松茸の土瓶蒸し エビ味でした、あの細い繊維が松茸だったのでしょう。
馬刺し ちゃんと解凍されていましたが、冷凍パック時のような赤黒いレバー色。

サザエ 小さい
店の真横にコインパーキングがあるので便利でした。
