西鉄久留米 久留米ゼミナールの一階にあり
今年で 創業 ３５年 すごい イタリアンの 老舗です
その当時 久留米で 福岡に勝つのは 石橋美術館と サーラカリーナと
言われたものです 久留米ゼミナールの弟さんが 当時オーナーシェフでした
イタリア修行帰りで 新進気鋭 久留米で 初物イタリアン
珍しかったですよ 我が久留米に こんな良い店あるのが
東京に行っても 自慢でした
その後 福岡にも お店を出され もちろん 大成功で 有名です
この日 久留米価格で 良い値の スペシャルランチコース １８００円 頼んでみました
前菜 スープ それに パン お代わり可が来ます
メインは 魚 パスタ デザート コーヒー 結構 バランスよく
１８００円は 安いと思います 此れなら お客を 福岡から 呼べますね
サラカリーナと 石橋美術館 ３５年前と同じです
程よい 満足感で 至福の ひと時でした
