今回はテイクアウトにしました。せいろむし、2700円。今は鰻高いので、この値段で食べられるのはかなりありがたいですね。美味しかったです。
せいろむしって柳川のうなぎではメジャーだけど、他の地域ではあまり聞かないような気がします。ご飯にタレがしっかりしみ込んでいておいしかったけれど、本当に蒸したのかな？炊飯器にタレを入れて一緒に炊き込んだんじゃないのかな？という気もしました。美味しかったから、良いんですけどね(笑)
