初訪問です。西鉄久留米の『五十番』さん。
2023/11/23木曜日 祝日。
ホテルに戻って少し飲み歩きです。
西鉄久留米の『五十番』さん。一口餃子の有名店に念願の初訪問です。
藤井フミヤさんのサインがありましたね。
18:47 到着。残席1で滑り込み。着席。注文。
18:49 ビール到着。
18:52 餃子到着。
19:03 会計。退店。
餃子 500円
ビール 600円
合計 1100円
一口サイズの餃子は、鉄なべで焼き上がりたての登場です。
焼き面の皮はカリカリで、片方はかなりのもっちり系で餡もしっとりの独特な食感で初めて食べるタイプです。
タレも2種で味変可となってました。
ビールは必須ですねー。
このもっちり感だと、水餃子も食べてみたかったです。
