球磨川付近の天然鰻。
脂も乗ってふっかふかで美味しゅうございました。
唐津の赤ウニも出ましたが別格です。
壱岐とかのとやはり違うんですよね...
やっと伺うことができました。
流石に銘店の佇まいに圧倒されながら、若い三代目の料理を堪能した。
ここを利用する時は金融機関のお偉い方が替り挨拶に来られた際の接待に利用している。
