昭和54年創業のミシュラン1ツ星鰻屋。ほっこり和む隠れ家で堪能する『鰻わさ丼』
ネギの香り、ワサビの風味、そして創業当時より注ぎ足してきた秘伝のタレの3つが絶妙にマッチした『鰻わさ丼』が人気メニューの【ふぢ井】。「鰻」は、先代から懇意にしている問屋から、その日の質の良いものだけを厳選して仕入れています。身はふっくらやわらかく、適度な歯応えがあり『白焼』や『せいろ蒸し』で味わうことで、より鰻のおいしさを堪能できます。店内はテーブル席と小上がりの座敷がある。ご予約がおすすめ。 |
B級グルメ旅でしたが、せっかく久留米にきたので、こちらのウナギは是非食べたいと行ってきました。
お昼はいっぱいとの事で、夜の部スタートの17時に予約してお邪魔しました。
凄くキチンとした店内、丁寧な接客でした。こちらは鰻ワサビ丼が有名なのですが、せっかくなので定食をいただきました。鰻の南蛮漬け、蒲焼、白焼がセットになっていて大満足です。ご飯も美味しく、また期待度満点のお店でした。ご馳走さまでした。
