教養が疑われそうなタイトルではあるのだが、ほかにいいフレーズも浮かばず。
親父の予約で家族で訪れる。家族で外食ってずいぶん久しぶりな気がするけど、いつ以来かな。
旦那に子供を預けてやってきた姉がこの店にずいぶんとご執心（といっても自分の金じゃ行かない）で、
今回もウナギ屋に行く予定だったところを駄々こねて変えてもらったらしい。
店のオリジナルって日本酒を飲み、前菜にはじまる料理をつまむ。
自宅の時のように騒がしくすることもなく、淡々と食事をする家族の姿は珍しい。
夏場の刺身ってどこで食べてもそんな変わらんなんて思ってたけど、これがまたウマい。
単純に脂がのってるとかそういうんじゃなくて、白身の味がうまく昇華されてるんだよな。
揚げ物も写真がヘタだからウマそうに見えないんだけど、さっくり揚がって油の香りもいい。
心地よく酔っぱらって、最後に味噌汁とイクラののったメシ。ああ、感嘆。今日はいい日だ。
