I was curious about the reputation of ``delicious food,'' so I tried it several times, but it never happened because it was ``under preparation'' or ``Today we are only accepting reservations...'' Mr. Miss. This time, I made a reservation and visited. Reservation time is 12:00. The store is near Higashimachi Park. It will be along the Ikemachi River. The shop has a noren curtain, but there is a sign next to the entrance door that says ``Under Preparation.'' Apparently it's only for reserved customers... Open the door and enter the store. There was only one customer. When entering the store, only the owner is in a one-time operation. I can feel his warm personality in his smiling response. On the 1st floor of the store, there are 3 tables for 4 people and 1 table for 2 people. Probably as a precaution against the new coronavirus, the two-person tables are closed off, and the four-person tables are spaced apart. Although I am visiting alone, I will be seated at a table for 4 people. When you arrive at your seat, the first thing you need is a hot cup of tea. It's a bit chilly day, but it's warming up. I placed my order at the time of making the reservation over the phone, and requested the most reasonable lunch kaiseki meal at 1,600 yen (included). (Contents include Simmered dish, simmered dishes, replacement bowls, chawanmushi, seasonal rice, red soup stock, pickled vegetables, desserts, and coffee.) - All the dishes were delicious, and I will review the ones that made a particularly strong impression - Salad first, followed by a review. Five types of Small dish and sashimi are arranged on the table. The perfect environment for lunch. ( ̄▽ ̄) There doesn't seem to be a special sake menu, so after consulting with the owner, I decided to try ``Mori no Kura'' warmly. Sashimi is girasu? and sweet shrimp. This sashimi is especially delicious. !(^^)! You'll be excited from the moment you put it on, with the greasy texture, thickness, and the careful cutting of the knife to make it even more delicious. Appetizers include daikon radish, unohana dressing, kinpira, boiled white fish, and tamagoyaki. This is also perfect for pairing with sake. (#^^#) Before you know it, you'll start chatting with the elderly person sitting at the next table, and you'll have a relaxing time. When I thought about my next drink (sake or shochu) and consulted the owner, he replied, ``We are preparing Saikyoyaki to go well with the sake that is currently being drunk.'' Even though it's a kaiseki course, I was surprised at how flexibly the menu can be changed depending on the customer's situation. It's a 1,600 yen lunch, and at first glance, they'll do that much for their customers! Since my body was still warm, I had some cold sake this time. Saikyoyaki is a crow flounder. Light body with a subtle miso flavor. It's true that cold sake is more enjoyable than shochu. It seems that vegetable tempura, rice, and miso soup will follow, but I would like the rice and miso soup to come later. This time I will have vegetable tempura with barley shochu. (#^^#) While you are relaxing, customers with reservations are being guided to the 2nd floor one by one. Before you know it, your wife? Also appeared and operated by two people. Finished with rice and miso soup. The rice is glossy. It's shining. I heard that it was made from terraced rice fields in the Kasahara area of Kuroki. We had a leisurely drink over an hour and a half. The bill is 2,900 yen. Unbelievable prices that are out of proportion to the level of food and quality of alcohol. Unfortunately, you have to make a reservation. It was delicious. Thanks for the meal.
