今日はパエリアを食べようという話になり、行って来ました。入ると、こじんまりとしていて、カウンターはなく、テーブル席のみです。バールらしく、値段設定は安いです。しかし、小さな皿で少しずつ来るので、幾つか多めに注文しないと足りませんね。ビールは全て上品です。上品の意味は量が少ないの意味です。500円前後でビールの中ビンを飲みたいですが、ここは350ミリリットルの小瓶で650円なのですぐに空いてしまい、おかわりって バンバン出来ない感じです。まあそこそこリッチな人達は問題ないでしょうけどね。ワインはグラスで飲みましたが、わりと美味かったです。最後の方にパエリアがきました。ムール貝が四個もあり、エビ、イカなどが乗っています。ひとくち食べると味付けはいいですが、ちと固い。硬めの飯は好きですが、それにしても固いかな。蒸らしが足らなかったのでしょうか？まあパエリアは生米から炊き上げるのでこのくらいかもしれませんねえ。ホールのお姉さんは感じ良くいいですよ。調理場の男性は、もしかして旦那さん？２人でやっていて大変そうでした。３人でやればいいかと思いましたが、まあいろいろあるのでしょうね。また行きますよ。ごちそうさまでした。
