I visited a fishman on a weekday night. There is a parking lot behind the store. We were shown to a tatami room in the back. Since I had made a reservation, an appetizer was placed there. It looked delicious (^^) First, we had drinks... After that, we ordered striped horse mackerel sashimi, salt-grilled cutlassfish, and a colorful salad. After a while, the sashimi and salad came... The striped mackerel was very fresh, plump, sweet and delicious. The dressing on the salad was light too ^_^ But if I could ask for one thing, it would be if it could be cut into smaller pieces so it would be even easier to eat lol After a while, the fluffy salt-grilled cutlass fish was served. Large bones were removed. It's nice to see a little consideration (*^^*) As the meal progressed, the drinks changed from beer to cold sake. It seems like cold sake goes well with delicious fish. I ran out of snacks, so I ordered asparagus Tempura, asparagus pork rolls, and lean tuna.The asparagus had a really sweet taste. Tempura on the tempura was very delicious (*^^*) I think the staff at the restaurant were a married couple, and they were very pleasant and nice people (^^) Thank you for the meal.
