入口で靴を脱いで店内へ。カウンターに酒瓶が並べてあったりして、鮨屋というより居酒屋の雰囲気。メニューも酒の肴が豊富。寿司ネタは定番物中心で、結構少ない。握りのシャリは人肌で小さめ、酢は柔め。ガリは甘酸っぱく、かなり辛い。
寡黙で無愛想な店主に、鮨屋のホスピタリティは期待薄。でも仕事ぶりは手際良く、丁寧で誠実。メニューの価格帯からすると、お通しの呉豆腐500円は高いと思う。

中トロの切り身を柔らかく巻いた鉄火巻。美味い。

甘さを抑えて硬めに焼き上げた卵焼き。

可もなく不可もなく。普通すぎてもう。
■イクラ¥380
イクラの醤油漬けは自家製。小粒でプリプリ。塩加減が絶妙。
■穴子¥420
煮穴子を炙ってツメを垂らしてまた炙る。柔らかく香ばしく甘過ぎず。旨し。
