Chef with 3 years of experience at Bistro in Italy and 7.8 years at Restaurants in Tokyo. We offer Italian cuisine that takes advantage of our techniques. Aiming to produce as much locally as possible for local consumption, we offer a variety of exquisite dishes such as pasta and soups that allow you to enjoy the blessings of Fukuoka Prefecture. We use meat such as ``traditional beef'', which is a lean meat with a strong flavor, pork from small-scale farms, wild duck from Kyushu, deer and wild boar from Fukuoka, and ``game meat'' such as lamb and duck from France.
