最初はランチで伺いました。
通常のうどんよりこしのあるかなり太い麺と、だしの効いた黒いスープ、しっかりしたボリュームの牛肉が印象的です。
しょうがを効かせて臭みを消せばより美味しくいただけます。
個人的にはしょうがよりコーレーグースーを入れたくなりました。
ランチも安いですが、夜にもランチと同じ値段でうどんがいただけるので、夫婦で行くときなどは安く美味しく満足に済ませられてありがたいです。
乾燥いちじくにチーズを挟んだものがとても美味しかったので、家でも良くやるようになりました。
