福岡県久留米市に店を構える「久留米荘 津福店」さんに伺いました。
場所は天神大牟田線「津福駅」から徒歩１５分程のところにありました。
駐車場も広いです。
店内は広く、清潔感があります。
席はテーブル、カウンター、小上がりがありました。
カウンター席は顔が見えるあたりに摺りガラスの様なものがあるので
向かい側から顔を見る事が出来ないようになっているのが少し嬉しいポイントです。
1948年に同市六ツ門で創業されていますが、2015年にこちらに移転されたようです。
今回いただいたのは「うどん」です。
注文して割と直ぐに提供されました。
うどんにネギとシンプルです。
まずはスープをいただくと、昆布と煮干しの味が口いっぱいに広がります。
あっさりしているけどパンチのある不思議な感覚です。
麺は細く、柔らかいけれど芯はあるという食感でした。
福岡は美味しい物が沢山あるなと思いました。
